About your expert mentor
Natalie Luckham founded Naturally Social in 2015 with a desire to tell the stories of the world’s kindest companies. With her books full of clients, she can’t possibly work one on one with everyone who needs her services. That’s why she’s taken her training online in a format that will bring even more benefit to those who sign up.
With a background in local government and years of experience building an agency and helping hundreds of businesses with their social media management, Natalie justifiably calls herself an expert. She has also run training sessions to inspire and help female entrepreneurs as an accredited #shemeansbusiness trainer with Facebook and Instagram.

Q1. Who is the programme for?
The Social Media Academy is for small business owners, small charities and those new to marketing. Those who want to be able to run their social media channels effectively on their own, without paying to outsource to a professional. If you’re fearful of getting started, don’t know where to start, or you're looking for structured learning that's easy to understand, then this is for you.
Q2. How much social media experience do I need to have?
You don’t need any previous social media experience before signing up for these training programmes. We start with the basics and build from there. You’ll find a supportive community and non-scary mentor who are happy to help with absolutely any questions that you might have.
Q3. Is this an online programme?
Yes, all training is delivered online, the difference between the Activate and Accelerator options is the inclusion of live Q & As and live webinars.
Q4. What if I miss the webinars?
All live streaming content will be available for you to watch after the event.
Q5. How long is the activate content available for? What if I don’t finish in time?
The content will be available for six months from when you sign up. You don't have to complete every module - only the ones that are relevant to you. If you take part in a bootcamp you will also have acess to the content for three months.
Q6. Is there the option to work one on one with Natalie?
ANyone participating in the programmes can book follow up one to one mentoring sessions Natalie and her team will be available via the Facebook group to answer any queries you might have during the course programme length.
Q7. When do I need to sign up by?
Sign ups ae ongoing for access to the Activate library and sign up to our Accelerate bootcamps closes two days before the programme is due to start.
Q8. Will you be running this again in the future?
We will. There will be regular intakes and content will be updated throughout the year.
Q9. Can I pay for the Activate programme in instalments?
You certainly can. There are a couple of options for this on the payment page.
